Below you will see "Before" and "After" videos of a recent project my team took on for a family who had recently lost their 96 year old father.  When the time was right for this family, they took steps to sell this property for the benefit of the heirs.  I was referred by an estate attorney handling their unique estate and was introduced to the eldest son who was responsible for the affairs of the estate.  Our relationship gelled quickly and he grew to depend on my suggestions and ideas for selling their property.

From day one of our relationship, the son was anxious to know what I thought the property could sell for in an "As Is" state and also what I thought it might sell for if the family undertook the remolding suggestions I made.  I estimated the property could sell "As Is" for approximately $550,000.  I also estimated that remodeling this home according to my suggestions would yield approximately $900,000 with an estimated investment of $100,000 for the various upgrades I outlined.  Thankfully, they accepted my advice to remodel and we successfully sold this property for $870,000 quickly.
